  You are probably wondering why a video game gets a mention on this list.  Well, the Wii Fit is one of the most popular home workouts on the market.  More and more people are using Wii Fit as a way to improve their health and lose weight.  The system includes balance, aerobic, endurance and yoga activities, and also helps you to keep track of how much exercise you are doing, and how much weight you are losing.  What’s more, a lot of the games are also a lot of fun such as Wii Zumba Fitness.
