I thank you for stopping by! I have already written my own review of rushfit here, but i thought it would be a good idea to get a different perspective on things.
Here is a review from a friend, who i actually recommened it too, as i knew he was a busy guy and definately had some room for improvement in terms of fitness and his overall general health. Sorry dude but it’s true
Queue my buddy Martin Daley!
“As an accountant, I sit down all day long. Then, I go home and watch the game on my couch. As you can see, I don’t do a whole lot of exercise, or even walking for that matter. I was beginning to gain unhealthy weight, and I was getting worried. Of course I want to look great for my girlfriend, but I am also concerned about the health affects of obesity. So, when Reece urged me to start training, he recommended Rushfit by a guy named Georges St. Pierre. I must admit, the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) side of it had me interested straight off, which i imagine for a lot of you, is the reason you are also intrigued. Here it goes…
What Makes Rushfit Unique?
Unlike many other weight loss systems that require hundreds in additional equipment, Rushfit only requires dumbbells and 45 minutes of your time per day. Also, Georges St. Pierre will take you through the basic MMA-style workout, employing techniques that have been used for years. The main reason why they say that Rushfit works is because it uses intense training to produce extremely quick results. This concept is interesting, because it is mostly psychological. Once you see the progress happening like i did so quickly, you will be less likely to quit half way through the program.
Not a Walk In the Park
From the first workout, I must admit, I was quite winded. Georges St. Pierre does not take it easy in the least, but I was warned by Reece that this would be his strategy. So, for the first two weeks, I was soooo sore! But hey, i haven’t done any exercise for ages, so serves me right lol. The days seemed to fly by, and as week 5 arrived, I could already see a difference in the mirror. Not only was I losing fat, but I was also building a bit of muscle in all the right places. Chest looks fuller and toned for sure. Although i checked out the sales page on the official website and some of the results were beyond mine.
Must try harder. A big thing that other people seem to miss out (me included) is the diet that is recommened and included by George St Pierre, and i should of payed closer attention, and then maybe i would of seen the results like the ones advertised. Another reason why I really like this system is the fact that Rushfit uses MMA fighting styles in order to train the viewer. This means that I was also picking up basic fighting techniques. I love multitasking!
I’m Not The Only One
When I glanced over a bunch of other reviews, it seemed pretty apparent that the Rushfit system simply works. Everyone seems to agree that it is
intense and extremely effective. You almost have to think of workouts as a journey. You can either go really slowly and arrive in a year, or you can lay down the hammer and get there in weeks. Rushfit will make you cut in a matter of weeks.
Value For Money
If you are considering getting into Rushfit, it is well priced in my opinion, considering you get to workout with a MMA champion:). The entire system is only $89.97 plus the cost of dumbbells. Shipping isn’t going to kill you because it’s just a set of DVDs. Your best bet for the lowest price is to buy online, directly from Rushfit for the simple reason that you can pay down your bill gradually. As an accountant, I like that option.
I think Reece mentions this but ill mention it here as well. GSP Rushfit only accepts orders from these countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Mexico, Norway, South Africa
So, What Do I Think?
At first, I thought I would be writing a slightly dissatisfied review as i prefer a more conventional way of getting fit, i.e the gym. Much to my satisfaction, you are now hearing from a much improved (fit) accountant. Rushfit did the job, and although I did have to literally stagger through the first 2 weeks, it was well worth it. The entire system only lasts 8 weeks, so if you are looking for a “get fit quick” system, this is your best choice. Beware they are addictive.
Cheers

There you have it. A big thank you to Martin from me. The only thing i would like to add, that i didn’t put into my own write up, is…
Would I Revert Back To My Local Gym?
Well yes and no. It totally depends on what your body and fitness goals are. I like to put it like this, would you like to have a body like George St Pierre? If yes then this program will get you towards that type of physique most definately. For people looking for high levels of fitness 0r fat loss and/or definition i will highly recommend this program. On the other hand if you want a body like Arnie then you will need to visit a gym (and visit a steroid store)
Personally after now reviewing the 8 week intensive course, i would use both. Now knowing some of the moves used to build the muscles for MMA, i would take them and use them whilst i am in the gym, along with doing the usual bench press, squats that you can only do at a gym. If you take anything from doing the rushfit program, you will definately take away, how to perform new exercises properly and at a intensity level you thought not possible. Never stop learning!
Thanks for reading
Reece

I appreciate your thoughts in your review and letting us know a little about you so we can kind of imagine where you were physically and compare ourselves to that to even decide if we could do this or not. I did the P90X workout for the full 90 days with very little results; do you think this one would be better?
Well, im surprised you didn’t see some results with the p90x as it is a great workout. I would just ask you, did you commit to it the best you can? IF you are not putting in, then you won’t get anything out of it, as with everything fitness and life in general. I would say though that you might find training alongside a MMA champion might get you motivated and keep you energized for the duration.
